By accessing or using the Repair Bay Evolution platform and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Repair Bay Evolution is a communication and management platform for auto body shops. The Service enables shops to manage repair orders, share media, and communicate with customers and insurance companies through web portals and SMS messaging.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized messages through the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Share account access with unauthorized parties

5. SMS Messaging

The Service includes SMS messaging functionality. By using SMS features, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining proper consent from message recipients before sending SMS communications. See our SMS Consent Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Repair Bay Evolution. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Repair Bay Evolution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
